(Therefore an access road and hard standing area adjacent to the site, capable of holding a heavy vehicle with an all up weight of forty six (46) tonne and nineteen (19) metres long); the site needs to be suitable to control public access; needs to be remote from ‘Last Resort Refuge’ identified in the Bushfire Safer Places Project; needs to be remote from pre-planned Staging Areas identified by the Group Operations Management Plans; each site should be approximately twenty five (25) km from the next re-fuelling site.
